Chicken Salad (Baby Watson’s)
Straightforward Good Old American Chicken Salad; this is the Bulk Recipe I developed for Baby Watson’s. The only thing that stands out here are the raisins; not sure if that was a regional thing – New England, or a leftover Hippie Thing – 1980’s in Cambridge, but it does add a little bit of welcome sweetness to the salad. This recipe makes about 8 gallons, or 64 pounds of Chicken Salad.

Instructions
  1. Thaw the Chicken if frozen.
  2. Chop the Celery.
  3. Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Combine and mix thoroughly.
  5. Store in containers, refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE!!
