This is a basic Crepe batter for use with Savory Crepe recipes. For best results, use a large blender to process the ingredients.

  1. In a mixing bowl, large blender or large food processor: add the Eggs, Salt, Water and Flour and mix till well blended and a little foamy.
  2. Pour into a container, cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 1 hour before using.
  3. When ready to use, remove from refrigerator and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds or so.

TIP:  Unless you have a Crepe Maker, or Crepe Hot Plate, or are a die-hard Crepe Purest, you will probably achieve best results using one of those newfangled non-stick pans.
