This item was apparently on my Backstage Restaurant menu, but time has dimmed my memory of it. Basically, it's a Turkey Club that is cut in half instead of quarters, so the New Yorker's could say they invented the thing I suppose.

Instructions
  1. Toast the 3 pieces of bread.
  2. Add mayonnaise to each slice (if desired).
  3. Place a piece of lettuce on one piece of toast and top with 4 ozs. sliced turkey breast, and top with the second piece of toast
  4. Place lettuce on the second piece of toast. Add 4 slices of tomato and 2 slices of crisp bacon.
  5. Top with the last piece of toast. Slice in half and place a toothpick in the middle of each half.
  6. Serve on a plate with chips and a pickle wedge or salad du jour, and garnish.
