Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce 01
I love this on all kinds of things… Prime Rib, Roast Beef or Roast Pork Sandwiches, French Dip (a must have), and a variety of Potatoes. The version here is the one I use at home, for me, and about the only thing I adjust to meet the targeted food item is that for meats I usually add Scallions, but for potatoes I usually add Fresh Chives.
