Blue Cheese Dressing (Baby Watson’s)
This is the Blue Cheese Dressing recipe that I developed for Baby Watson’s outlets in the Boston area way back in the 80’s. It makes 8 gallons of dressing, so you might need to scale it back a bit for home use.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixer with the Paddle attachment and mix on low till well blended, or about 30 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix for a few more minutes.
  3. Store in gallon containers, or small for convenience, and refrigerate.
  4. DO NOT FREEZE!!
