Creamy Italian Dressing (Baby Watson’s)
This is another Baby Watson’s recipe that I inherited, and it was so long ago that I don’t remember if and how I modified it, but here it is anyway. This recipe makes about 5-1/2 gallons of dressing.

Instructions
  1. Soak the Dry Mustard in 4 cups Cold Water for 1 hour.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a large mixer with a paddle attachment.
  3. Mix on low for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scrape the sides of the bowl, and mix for about 10 more minutes.
  5. Store in air-tight containers and refrigerate. DO NOT FREEZE!!
