Russian Dressing 01

This is a bulk dressing recipe I picked up some time in the 1980’s and probably associated with either Pickle’s or the Backstage Restaurant… two names for the same place under different owners. Pretty much the standard; nothing to see here. Makes about 250 oz., or 2 gallons of dressing.

Ingredients

3/4gallon Mayonnaise
1#10 can Tomato Catsup(114 oz.) Tomato Ketsup is also acceptable.
1tsp. Sea Salt
1tsp. Pepper, White, Ground
1tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1tsp. Garlic, Granulated
1cup RelishWell Drained

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix till well combined. Store in appropriate size containers and refrigerate, well sealed. DO NOT FREEZE!!
